Chardham yatra by helicopter will commence from dehradun. It is the base for all the take offs and landings of helicopters during yatra. Our LIH representatives will pick you from Airport or Railway station.
Note: Arrival details must be provided to LIH prior to one week of your arrival so we can arrange a smooth pick-up.
Yatris should try to reach Dehradun by 04:00 pm, or earlier so that they are completely ready to start their Chardham yatra by Helicopter the next day early morning.

Transfer: Dehradun (Sahastradhara Helipad) ➝ Yamunotri Dham.(Kharsali Helipad) Kharsali is small village that has two sacred ancient temples which yatris can visit: Shani temple & Yamuna Mata temple (Winter seat of goddess Yamuna).
In the morning, LIH representatives will take all passengers from Hotel to the sahastradhara helipad.The staff will then get the yatris, settled in the waiting lounge, where the Pre-Flight briefing will be given.
Then we will start our divine chardham yatra , by flying in a helicopter from dehradun’s sahastradhara helipad to yamunotri Dham(Kharsali helipad).
After you land at Yamunotri Dham, after flying and seeing the beautiful aerial views through helicopter, LIH staff will be there to welcome you. We will take pilgrims to the hotel, then they will be taken to Yamuntri Dham temple for darshan. Yamunotri trek is 06 km stretch one-way, which will be covered by Pony or Palki whichever is available.
Sightseeing places at Kharsali: Hot Spring at Yamunotri Dham Temple, Yamuna Mata Temple, Shani Temple. *Subject to availability & Operational!
Then tourists will relax in luxurious hotel, and get ready for the next day journey.
On day 3 of our Chardham Yatra by Helicopter, After the checkout from yamunotri hotel, yatris will br flying to Gangotri Dham (Harsil helipad).
Gangotri Dham is also famous for the “Gaumukh” there, which is the endpoint of the Gangotri Glacier(from which Ganga river flows). Yatris will be taken for Gangotri Dham Darshan after breakfast or lunch, depending upon the rush at the temple. The road distance to Gangotri Dham temple is approx. 20 km, which is roughly a 45-minute drive.
Sightseeing at Harsil (Gangotri): Harsil is also known as “Mini Switzerland of India”. Some famous places here are – Dharali Village(for apple orchards), Mukhba Village, Harsil Waterfall, etc.
After this, Yatris will be dropped at the Gangotri Hotel for a stay.
Now, we will travel to the final destination of our Chardham yatra by helicopter journey.
After having delicious breakfast in the morning at Kedarnath Dham & be ready for the flight to Badrinath Dham from Guptkashi / Sersi. LIH handlers will take the Chardham Yatris from hotel to the Helipad and get them ready for the next ride.
After reaching Badrinath(Badrinath dham helipad), all the yatris will be taken for darshan to Badrinath Dham temple in the afternoon after their delicious lunch.
Chardham Yatris will be provided a car for transportation between Badrinath Dham mandir and Hotel.

Later, they will be dropped at the Dehradun Hotel to collect the luggage from cloak rooms and we bid farewell to the yatris.
Yatris will have breakfast at Badrinath, and then they will fly back to dehradun. In between they will see the pitchersique view of the most beautiful land scapes and holy rivers from the top. These views will become one of the best memories.

**Important Note: - If flying is unable to take place for two consecutive days due to bad weather conditions, the Char Dham Yatra will be called off. In such cases, a 75% refund, minus a 25% management fee as per our policies, will be issued to the passengers. Any additional accommodation costs for extra days must be paid directly by the passengers to the hotel due to bad weather.Deduction of any additional services provided at any of the Dham’s during the tour to the passengers will be deducted over & above the refundable Tour cost.
